1. How would you characterize the business climate in Burnsville?
If I put in term of 1 to 10 point we are in 6 points our city suppose to be in 7 or 8 points
2. What role do you think the city should have in attracting and retaining jobs and what steps would you take to solicit new business to and retain existing business in Blaine?
First city must be attractive and information needed by company to establish or relocate their business must be available in environmental sphere, to retain job, the city continue to examining the company statute, its policy and regulation, labor market issues and income, incentive mechanism and taxes analysis as well as overserving rental property to minimize environment force and also the city will serve any company who come and committed to serve our city with good jobs any time.
3. Would you support hiring a business advocate as a member of the city senior staff to concentrate on business retention and expansion new business recruiting and business affect of proposed regulation on business climate in Blaine.
Yes this make research and analysis process must easy and effective to look into weather family business or multi millions company can render the services.
4. Do you support any an increase to the minimum wages in blaine if so what specific steps would you take to understand the impact of increase on the many types of business in blaine and do you support proposals to mitigate the effect on business like tip credit, or youth wage a training wage and or phase in.
I agree to increase minimum wage to $12 this is to avoid labor shift to city like set Paul or Minneapolis, sec I attended hearing from family, small business and other business entity increasing wage to $15 dollars per hour will drive them out of business, I myself as an expertise in payroll and payroll taxes, benefit and other compensation understood this problem better, blaine city must have price cut mechanism price are so high for instance, beginning of June 2018, I bought coolant for $16, in the middle of the month I bought another coolant for $18, June end I bought the same type of coolant for $21 dollars therefore price of all commodities are up now with this in place price left wages far away, I would not shift effect to business like tip credit to me tip credit any employees receive should not be reported or include as earning wage is just hard work and their good service provide to customer and customer appreciation, youth wages must be reasonable, and training wages are just business expenses with other benefit and fringe that end up in payroll and deductible in business or company tax filling
5. Do you support any other specific employment related proposal in blaine such as mandatory sick time or scheduling notice if so what specific steps would you take to understand the impact of an increase on many types of business in blaine and how would you define any exception to those police.
Yes I do support the employment mandatory sick time and scheduling notice because these are mutual strategy and it should be in company policy not enforceable rules this policy started long time not now, the essential impact safe both side in business plan for employees and their duty, there is no exception as says to those policies as both side need sick time off the business may transfer this to payroll as usual.
6. What is your strategy to address public safety concerns?
Blaine city is one the safe city compare to others law enforcement are taking care and their job serious my strategy is to let more of blaine law enforcement get training in agility and innovation such as mental health issues impact community round, use of new technology, having effective communication with residents, must have community dialog and diversity training, There should be exceptional chase in the city because pursuing one person may cost more live and property damage chase should be communicated with near by.

My budget priority goes to protect the city
8. How do you view the relationship between commercial and residential property taxes?
To me the relationship should be equivalent or friendly
9. What will you do to expand Blaine tax base.
I must share meeting and the issues should be agree on with resident in order to expand any taxes.
10. How will you work with k-12 and post secondary educational institution and business to ensure our region develop and retain an educated workforce.
Business, city leader and school can work together to enhance new needs in the areas as some educational institution started implementing special training on company needs that absolve student right to work
11. What do you see as city council role with regard to public school in Blaine?
Public school must given priorities, education standard must be up lifted, any failing school the teachers and principle must get retrained, teachers should have chance in their occupation to work as company employees to give us good end, a net system introduce to students reading and math process from third grade to five grade, alter school board system that exist for long and make no progress, writing subject should come back for student from third grade to five so that a student completed high school could be able to write clearly, ready and competent for company employees, admission application form need new designing and goo for all.

Road and street are old and expansion, community dialog leader must represent and work with law enforcement, diversity training for property owner to comprehend tenants, shopping areas, more youth employment and tackling youth problem differently, most are mobilizing resource to cater for above points

Streets and road improvement to accommodate UN necessary accident happen so frequent on streets costing our families live

No I think some services need to be added, and new opportunity share with other entities must be in place

Yes our veterans must take care off, homelessness in Blaine must be work and accommodated all together we can
